Mount Rainier National Park

During my last visit to Seattle I took a day trip out to Mt. Rainier National Park to visit one of North Americas’ most dangerous volcanoes. Sitting at an elevation over 14,000 feet, it is an active volcano, but hasn’t had any eruptive activity recorded since the 1800’s. Despite it’s ominous presence, it is a beautiful part of the Cascade Mountain Range. Check out the attached link for more information.
